Vendor Registration Terms

By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are established to ensure trust, quality service, and a professional working relationship between all parties.

1. Material Authenticity

Vendors are solely responsible for supplying genuine and high-quality materials. Any form of fraud or misrepresentation regarding materials will lead to strict action, including blacklisting and legal proceedings.

2. Responsibility for Damages or Breakage

Vendors shall be held fully responsible for any damage or breakage caused during work. It is the vendor’s duty to repair or compensate for such losses without delay.

3. Labour Charges

All labour charges must be fair, clearly communicated in advance, and collected in a transparent manner. Vendors are responsible for their team’s professionalism and behavior.

4. Professional Behaviour

All vendors and their workers must behave politely and respectfully at all times. Any form of rude, abusive, or unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated.

5. Misconduct & Penalty

Any misbehaviour or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the vendor association and may also be punishable by law.

6. Advance Payment Transparency

Advance payments, if required, must be communicated transparently. Any fraudulent handling of payments will result in cancellation of registration and potential legal action.

7. Timely Completion of Work

Vendors must complete the assigned work within the agreed-upon timeframe. Delays without valid reasons will affect future project eligibility and may lead to penalties.

By completing the registration process, the vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of the above terms and conditions.
